New Jersey Statehouse Renovation

This was a $200mm ongoing complete restoration and renovation of the Capitol. We assisted the General Contractor in all aspects of the unique Insurance demands of a historic renovation of this nature. This took months of extensive negotiation with the owner and Construction Manager on behalf of the General Contractor and a partnership with our Insurance Carriers to ensure that all parties were properly covered and the risks were appropriately transferred to insurance.

Woodlands at Greystone

Scope included assistance in the purchasing of insurance and bonding for a project known as Woodlands at Greystone in West Goshen Pennsylvania, this development was a 598-unit residential development on 164 acres. This project is still continuing today.
